MOPED: Astrophysics solutions for Protein Folding Alan Heavens-Institute for Astronomy, Univ. of Edinburgh, Royal Observatory, Blackford Hill,Edinburgh EH9 3HJ,UK MOPED (Multiple Optimised Parameter Estimation and Data Compression) is an algorithm which provides massive data compression and greatly reduced analysis times for estimating parameters from data.
