EU research project Q2M

Selective transfer technology development is part of an EU research project called Q2M. The objective of this project is to use batch-microfabrication to develop methods that allow the cost-efficient combination and integration of components and materials that are unsuitable for monolithic integration. These components and materials are then applied to specific cases such as microvalving, micro-optics and RF-MEMS.
