We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for an:

Assistant position (80 - 100%)

Your mission and key responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing administrative and organization support for technical-scientific departments. You will be the contact point for concerns of the executive and senior managers as well as for employees from different cultural backgrounds. You will coordinate a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks like organization of meetings and events, management of executive’s calendar, travel planning and accounting as well as infrastructure matters.

Soft Skills & Experience

You have a sound commercial education with corresponding professional experience as well as a very good command of English and German. You are well-versed in using the latest office communication tools and have outstanding organization skills with attention to detail and network. You work as a very independent, result-driven and flexible personality, a helpful all-rounder who thinks and acts pro-actively.
