Swiss Biotech Association and IBM Research - Zurich launch life sciences & nanotech platform

Zurich, Switzerland, 1 April 2010—Over 25 professionals attended the first event of the Life Sciences & Nanotech Platform organized by the Swiss Biotech Association. Hosted and partnered by IBM Research – Zurich this networking event was the first one in a series to intensify exchange and knowledge transfer between industry and academia on the overall topic of Nanotechnology and Life Sciences. Industry platforms of the Swiss Biotech Association enable companies and other stakeholders, active in similar business areas, to pool interests and to discuss current expectations, future requirements and unmet needs.
