There are two ISL locations: one in Hawthorne, New York, and
the other at IBM's Zurich Research Laboratory in Rüschlikon,

and researchers in a unique and effective way. The Industry
Solutions Labs give companies from a wide variety of industries
the opportunity to see how IBM's advanced technologies and solutions

a market's-eye view of the ways in which their technology can
be applied to real-world problems. The Research Division's involvement
in the labs' activities gives customers a vision of the future

especially senior executives with business and financial responsibilities.
The labs are a forum and catalyst for customers to discuss their

and Industry expertise to help solve them. The Labs are also
the places where customers can get firsthand experience with
innovative prototype solutionsand work with the inventors!
