Display Posters (For accepted posters submissions):

Posters should be no larger than 3' (width) x 4' (height) and the orientation of the poster will be portrait. The poster template, fonts and content are left to the discretion of the author(s).

STEP 1: Important Dates:

  • At least one author per paper must pay early registration fee by May 2, 2014.
    • One registration per paper is required for the publication of your paper.
    • Failure to register will result in your paper being removed from the proceedings.
  • Final camera-ready manuscripts must be submitted by May 2, 2014.

STEP 2: Page Limits:

Poster Session

Regular papers are allowed to include up to 2 extra pages at an additional charge of CHF 100 (100 Swiss Francs) per page. Short papers are allowed to include up to 1 extra page at an additional charge of CHF 100 (100 Swiss Francs) per page. Posters are NOT allowed to include any extra pages. Extra pages should be purchased at registration time.

STEP 3: Formatting Your Paper

  • Submitted abstracts should not exceed 200 words.
  • inal submissions to ASAP 2014 must use the two-column IEEE conference proceedings format, and must be prepared in PDF format. A template for Microsoft Word and LaTeX can be downloaded HERE.
  • Please, DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission.

STEP 4: Submitting your final version

  • Once the format of your paper has been verified, you may submit your final version
  • All papers should be submitted using the submission system provided by EasyChair by a "Submit a New Version"
  • Please, enter the following information exactly as appeared on your paper: names of authors, affiliations, countries, E-mail addresses, titles and abstracts

STEP 5: Submitting a Signed Copyright Release Form

  • ASAP 2014 requires users to submit a fully digital version of the IEEE Copyright Release Form
  • Download, print, and fill-out the IEEE Copyright Release Form, including:
    1. Paper's full title
    2. All authors names
    3. Conference title: 2014 IEEE 25th International Conference on Application-specific Systems, Architectures and Processors (ASAP)
    4. Signature (on appropriate line)
  • Rename the file to asap2014_eCF_PaperID.pdf, where "PaperID" is your paper ID number
  • The signed IEEE Copyright Release Form should be sent to the Publications Chair by May 2, 2014:
    1. Scan the form
    2. Send the form with a message subject "ASAP 2014 - IEEE Copyright Release Form - PaperID" to: aly@cua.edu
